Our Board Members
All our Board Members are voluntary, they attend quarterly Board meetings and attend subcommittees in areas such as Audit, Remuneration and Estate Management.
They give their time to provide guidance, direction and constructive challenge to the plans and decisions we make to ensure we’re doing the right things in the right way.
Their extensive knowledge and experience in housing, property, design, law, and the charity sector mean they can provide us with governance to make sure we stay on track and are working within the relevant laws and regulations.
Mark Oliver
Chair. Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead Member. Data Lead Member.
Mark is an experienced lawyer, beginning his career in private practice specialising in major projects before spending 12 years at Heathrow Airport in senior legal roles, including Deputy General Counsel and Interim General Counsel & Company Secretary. He is now General Counsel and Company Secretary at HS2. Mark is an experienced Board member with strong governance, compliance and major infrastructure expertise. He is also a longstanding champion of equality, diversity and inclusion, including disability and social mobility.
Charlotte Buckingham
Vice Chair. Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee
Charlotte has been working in the housing sector for over 20 years. Formerly a chief executive officer for a small charity that specialises in working with people with multiple and complex needs, she now is part of the executive team for a regional registered social housing provider.
Jayne Haines (MBE)
Chair of the Estate Management Committee and Renumeration Commitee.
Jayne is an accomplished HR leader and advocate for equality, with a career spanning 25 years in FTSE organisations, her work focuses on creating cultures where people thrive, grow and lead with purpose. A committed Board member, she serves on the ACAS Board, ECB’s Recreational Game Committee, and Chairs Berkshire Cricket. Now pursuing a PhD, she is continuing her lifelong commitment to learning, equity, and impact.
Rasila Khetia
Board Member
Rasila is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, with over 20 years of finance leadership across commercial and not‑for‑profit sectors. She previously served as Director of Operations and Exams Delivery with Institute of Chartered Accountants, where she led delivery of examinations and transformational programmes.
Maggie Smart
Resident representative
Maggie taught languages and English as a foreign language in France and Germany. She took early retirement from teaching to care for her mother in Thame. Having previously taught life skills to adults with learning difficulties she began a new career helping adults with disabilities live independently in the local community.
Sanjay Mazumder
Board Member
An experienced transformation and strategy leader, with a career spanning M&A integration, separation and major organisational change. Recent experience at Waythrough has provided strong insight into social housing and regulation. A seasoned trustee and Chair, with extensive governance, growth and EDI experience across charities, education and community organisations.
Cllr Adrian Dite
Board Member
A former electrical engineer and senior manager with over 40 years’ experience at Xerox in technical, service, and international leadership roles. He later managed major sporting events. A Thame town councillor and charity trustee, he enjoys cycling, golf, and bowls.
Linda Roberson
Resident representative
Linda retired from the NHS after 23 years working in Audiology. During this time, she also served as Chair of Governors at Harrow High School. After retiring to Cornwall, Linda became a Town Councillor and Deputy Mayor, and also chaired the local Sure Start Centre. Linda currently volunteers at Thame Museum and is an active member of the Thame and District u3a.
