Thame and District Housing Association
Welcome to the Thame and District Housing Association website, we hope you are able to find what you are looking for. If you require further information that is not on our website then please get in touch with us directly.
Our housing schemes provide a pleasant environment for older people who are still able to live independently but may need some support in doing so.
We have a small and dedicated team who ensure that we understand the needs of residents and that the sites are well managed and maintained.
Most of the accommodation we provide are one and two-bed rental flats, with a small number of leasehold flats. Five flats were recently constructed in partnership with Homes England and South Oxfordshire District Council. These new flats have a range of low-carbon modifications such as solar panels, ground source heat pumps and electric car charging points.
Like all registered Housing Associations, we undertake regular resident satisfaction surveys. Here are some of our most recent results, which show some of the highest levels of satisfaction in the county.

95% of our residents feel they are treated fairly and with respect

94% of residents are satisfied with our repairs service
(National average is 81%)
